All Traditional students received the N21 Chromebook from Lenovo, and incoming New Tech students received the Lenovo Thinkpad E550.
Both the Chromebooks and Laptop will come with a 1YR Depot warranty. That will cover any manufacturer malfunctions for one year, such as faulty batteries and screens, anything that happens because of manufacturer error. Zones Inc. recommends an upgrade to any of Lenovo’s Accidental Damage Protection plans. These will cover anything your student can do to the device, drops, liquid spills, cracked screens, electrical surges, etc. The costs for the ADP plans are a one time, up-front fee. There are no recurring fees, no deductibles, the full one-time payment will cover the device for multiple repairs, or a single replacement if required.
