DeKalb High School will conclude its homecoming week activities by crowning a king and queen during halftime of Friday night’s home football game. Members of the 2014 homecoming court gathered Wednesday, with several dressed in the day’s “super heroes” theme. In front, from left, are freshman Jill Kuhn, sophomore Ava Kuhn, senior Hunter Daub, Zoe Draper and Ryley Gibson and junior Sierra Lumpkins. In back, from left, are freshman Jared Reutebuch, sophomore Cooper Gramling, seniors Brennan Cochran, John Turner and Mitch LaRowe and junior Will Chrisman. Friday’s daytime activities include a powder puff girls football game matching juniors versus seniors and a pep session at the end of the day.
